In the event of your death, the trustee is bound, according to the terms of the trust, to distribute your property as you direct.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>How Do You Initiate the Probate Process?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to initiate the probate process, it is usually required that the executor of the deceased\u2019s will initiate the proceedings.
